Segara anak lake is a lake in the crater of Mount Rinjani, precisely in the area of Sembalun Lawang Village, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The name Segara Anak means "child of the sea" in the Sasak language. This lake is located at an altitude of approximately 2000 meters above sea level. If a climber climbs Mount Rinjani (3726 masl), generally they will cross this lake. Lake Segara Anak covers an area of 1,100 ha with a depth of 230 meters.
