Mount Rinjani is a very beautiful and charming mountain rinjani located on the island of Lombok, Indonesia.
However, the beauty of Rinjani is damaged by climbers who often litter, and do not bring their trash down.
They don’t realize how important to protect the environment, because if we don’t care about this environment, then this beautiful nature will be damaged and even lost, it’s time for us to start being aware and caring about this nature.
Therefore, we from Grow Rinjani took the initiative to care and protect nature and the environment.
We are trying to reduce the use of plastic that has the potential to become trash on the mountain, and we take all of our garbage down. In addition, we also have a program where once every one or two months we hire dozens of porters to collect and carry all the garbage in Mount Rinjani.
We hope that with this cleaning day, climbers are aware and care about how important it is to protect nature.
To finance the cleaning day, we take 10% of the price of each package booked by the guest, so in other words when the guest orders a trekking or travel package at our company.
