Rinjan treki 4 days 3 nights via Sembalun itinerary:
Arrive in Lombok: We will pick you up at Lombok airport, and transfer to hotel in Senaru. Your climbing guide will give you guidance to better prepare you for your Rinjani mountain climbing trip.
Day 1: Wake up at 6:00 and get breakfast. After that, we will go to Sembalun and register at RTC Sembalun Trekking starts from Sembalun village around 08:00. We start with climbing through open grasslands. After about 2 hours of walking, we will reach pos 1 (1300m), and go 40 minutes to Pos 2 (1500m). We will continue to walk to Pos 3 (1800m) and have lunch there.
After lunch and rest, will go to Pelawangan Sembalun (2639m). It takes 3 hours via a prolonged steep climb. We will camp night at the crater lip and can enjoy the view of sunrise and sunset. On a clear night, we will be able to see the stars of the Milky Way.
Day 2 : Wake up around 2:00 in the morning with hot coffee drinks and a light breakfast, we will start to the top of rinjani at 3:00 am. We start by climbing a little steep, followed by a fairly easy walk. The final ascent begins to climb rather steeply to the top of Rinjani.At 06: 00. Morning We can celebrate our achievements to the top with the beautiful sunrise, and panoramic views of the island of Lombok, the island of Bali, the island of Sumbawa and Lake Segara Anak.
After that, we will drop back to Pelawangan Sembalun crater lip in 2 hours and get breakfast here. Continue the journey to the lake and hot water. The line down is steep and a bit slippery, which takes 3 hours to reach. We stopped by the lake and camping for the second night. Here we can enjoy the view of the lake, and swim in the lake. Soaking in Hot water can calm yourself from aches and pains from journey and is widely known for having natural health.
Day 3: We will leave the lake after lunch and ride to Pelawangan Senaru (2641m) for 3 hours. Pelawangan Senaru has the most spectacular views after the summit. We will enjoy a magnificent sunset over Mount Agung in Bali and the smoke from Mount Baru Jari by the lake. We will camp here for the 3 days night.
Day 4:we last day on Mount Rinjani was more relaxing. After breakfast with the beautiful sunrise, we will continue our journey to Senaru Village through tropical forest. If we are lucky, we can see rare black monkeys. It takes 6 hours and we will have lunch along the way. Arriving at Senaru Car will take you to your next destination.
